John D. Ruppel Sr, Age 67 of Monee, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2012 with his family by his side. He is survived by his loving family; mother Dorothy Ruppel, wife Phyllis (nee Spiewak) Ruppel; son John (Deborah) Ruppel Jr.; daughter Sherry (Mike) Pass; brother Chris (Karen) Ruppel; sisters Dorothy (Fred) Diedrich and Betty; grandchildren Michael, Emily, Devin, CJ, Carson, Johnny and Kaitlyn. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 3 until 8 PM with a memorial service at 7:00PM in the funeral home chapel.
