JERVIS WEBSTER LANG

Age 86, of Lockport, IL. Passed way Friday, January 25th, 2013 at Cantata British Home in Brookfield, IL. Born January 7th 1927 in Joliet, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald C. and Dietta Lang (Davidson), his wife, Barbara Jean Lang (Larsen), one brother, Waldon. He is survived by his two daughters, Sandra (John) Robertson of Marengo, IL and Karyn (John) Isham of Riverside, IL, grandson, Colin Robertson, sister, Dietta (Jack) Briick of Dundee, IL, brother in-law, George (Jane) Larsen of Papillion, NE, nieces, Aleta Piper, Andrea Briick, Dietta Naaf, Cindy Barthelow, nephews, Richard Larsen and Donald Larsen. He attended Joliet schools, Joliet Junior College and graduated from Iowa State College in Ames, IA. He was discharged from the Navy in 1946. He was employed as a Sales Manager for Plywood and Door Midwest for 28 years and retired from there in 1992. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 6th, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441. In lieu of flowers, donations to the First Congregational United Church of Christ, Lockport, IL or the Morton Arboretum, Lisle, IL would be appreciated.
