JEROME M. ELSEN

Age 70, of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Jerome is survived by his loving family, wife, Esther Elsen (Frank), children, Dave (Chris) Elsen, Denise (Keith) Michalowicz, grandchildren, Rebecca, John, Josephine, Annie, Paige and brother-in-law, Doug (Chris) Frank.

Jerome was a member of St. Clare DeMontefalco Holy Name Society in Chicago and a member of St. Anthony Church in Frankfort.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral service, Thursday, December 12th, 2013 with prayers at 9:15 AM at the funeral home chapel and then to St. Anthony Church, 7659 W.
