Age 58, resident of Huntersville, NC, previously of Orland Park and Morris, IL, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, July 21, 2012. Born in Chicago, IL to the late Matthew A. and Loretta (nee Graffy) Ebner; Devoted husband for 35 years to Margaret (nee Horstmann); Loving father to Joshua Ebner of Charlotte, NC and Joel Ebner of Chicago, IL; Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. At the time of his death, Jerry was employed as the Director of Environmental Safety, Health and Quality for Areva Federal Services in Charlotte, NC. ...Jerry was a simple guy who loved cars and guitars, but most of all he loved his family. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, on Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 12 noon until time of Memorial Service at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Heart Association or Rock For Kids would be appreciated.
