71, passed away Monday, April13, 2015 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Jenine was born in Chicago to the late Peter and Dorothy (nee Vanderwoude) Persenaire. Beloved husband of Jim Vaslie; loving mother of Debbie (Pat) Daly and Julie Vaslie; cherished grandmother of Patrick (Marjorie), Sean, Tyler, Mathew, Michaela, Noah, and Delaney and great-grandmother of Olivia and Patrick; dear sister of Bob (Adri) Persenaire and Judi (Cal) Siegers; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, April 16, 2015 from 2-9PM. Funeral service Friday, April 17, 2015 at 10:00AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jenine's name to Susan G. Komen or Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
