Age 30, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Beloved son of Alfred and Karen Tediski nee Goldsmith; loving brother of Gina (Roman Sr.) Churnovic; beloved grandson of Joyce "Nonie" Cook; treasured uncle of Roman Churnovic Jr., dear nephew of Alonna Contreras, Ida (Deedee) Vanderheyden, Sheri (Vito) Carbone, Curt (Linda) Goldsmith, Linda (Tom) Gay, Penny (Rich) Ramos, and David (Kim) Goldsmith; also survived by numerous cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Shirley "Num-Num" Tediski and Alfred Tediski, and aunts Joy (Mike) Tuley and Gail (Ron) Kopp. Jeff enjoyed reading, writing, music, and critiquing movies. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 3-8 PM with a Funeral service beginning at 6 PM. Interment private.
