James S. Polka, age 69 of Frankfort formerly of Harvey and South Holland, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015; Loving husband of Carol (nee Perry) Polka; beloved father of Jim (Rhonda) Polka, Todd (Mary) Polka, Jamie (Jody) Polka; dearest son of the late Stanley and Sylvia (nee Hankey) Polka; cherished grandfather of Connor, Delaney, Miranda, Casey, Jake and Jessica; dear uncle of Jackie, Jenny and David. A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 from 6:00pm until time of memorial service at 8:30pm in the funeral home chapel.
