Age 80, passed away Saturday, December 5th, 2020 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Stephen is survived by his loving family, children, Janice Kohler, Brad (Carla) Carter, grandchildren, Alicia Kohler, Melissa Carter and Benjamin Carter.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Jack & Ethelda Carter (Armstrong) and sister Sally Taylor.

Stephen was a car enthusiast and a member of the Frankfort Car Club and the Vintage Tin Car Club.

A Graveside Service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, 3401 West 87th Street, Evergreen Park, IL 60805 on Wednesday, December 16th, 2020 at 1:00 PM.
