71, late of New Lenox, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox, IL. He was born in Chicago to LaVerne (nee Muhs) and the late John T. Piecuch. Beloved husband of 50 years of Laneta (nee Sanders); Loving father of Lorine (Andrew) Hanser and Sheri (Steven) Vyfvinkel; Dear brother of 4 sisters and Cherished uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. In keeping with the wishes of Howie, services will be private. In lieu of flowers, everyone that knows and loves him is asked to celebrate Howie in their own way.
