Hazel Marie Andrews

Hazel M. Andrews, age 91, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 3, 2023 at the Cottages of New

Lenox.

Hazel is survived by her beloved children, Michael (Jodi) Andrews, Steve (Amy) Andrews, Lorie Andrews,

Tracy (Pat) Knowles, and Teri DiLorenzo; grandchildren, Brian (Dana) Andrews, Sean (Samantha)

Andrews, Neil Andrews, Brianna (Cal) DeRue, Melissa (Dan) Zierk, Rachel (Robin) Lawrence, Kelly (Matt)

Gibbons, Andrew (Jessica) Knowles, Michael DiLorenzo, Courtney DiLorenzo, and Lauren DiLorenzo;

great-grandchildren, Kenneth Andrews, Nolan Andrews, Brooks Andrews, Levi DeRue, Astrid Lawrence,

Mavis Lawrence, Brynn Zierk, Elizabeth Zierk, Connor Zierk, Nathan Gibbons, Teagan Gibbons, Weston

Gibbons, Tyler Knowles, and Luke Knowles.

She is preceded in death by loving husband Jack Andrews, and her parents, William and Pearl Dunn.

In accordance with Hazel’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. She will be laid to rest with her

husband Jack at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery sometime in the spring.
