Gordon L. Cook
64, of Joliet, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Gordon was born in Joliet to Joseph and Dolores (nee Prisliski) Cook. Survived by his loving family; his children, Joseph (Kristin) Cook, Angel (Bobby) Hauert and Jamie (Nicole) Cook; grandchildren, Brody and Kaden Cook, Skylar and Jersy Hauert, and Parker Cook; numerous nieces, nephews, friends and a dear friend Susie Hibbe also survive. Preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Karen McCauley and Sandy Simmerman. He was a member of Painters Local #33 and Fraternal Order of Eagles. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 5:00PM until time of Memorial Service at 8:00PM. Interment Private.
