Age 98, a resident of New Lenox, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Henry Oetter; loving mother of Rick Nelson and Sherry (Donald) Maurer; cherished grandmother of Rich (Rose), Matt (Tanya), late Bob (Rhonda) Nelson, Jeff (Lorri) Maurer, and Kim (Scott) Furlong and great-grandmother of Robert Jr., Richelle, Dustin, Keith, Jessica, Robyn, Oliver, Eliah, Joshua, Brandon, Derek, Zachary, and Cassie; Gladys was preceded in death by her parents Dr. Hubert Duncan, DDS and Mrs. Anna Duncan (Holmes). Gladys retired from Mokena State Bank as Proof Operator after 30 years of dedicated employment. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, and playing the organ. Funeral Services will be private for the family.
