Age 87 of New Lenox passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at Meadowbrook Manor in Bolingbrook, IL. George was born in Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Donna Mae (nee Pennney); loving father of Scott (Jennifer) Janiak-Ross and Robin (Bob) Stoklosa; cherished grandfather and great grandfather of many. George retired from U.S. Steel in 1985 after 23 years of service. He was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Private services were held. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
