Eugene J. Burklow, age 75, a resident of Frankfort formerly of Oak Forest and Chicago, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. Loving husband of Carole Burklow (King); beloved father of Kimberly (David) Gaydula, Kevin Burklow, Kerry (Brian) Poplin and Karyn (Ronald) Dusek; dearest brother of Robert (Joan) Burklow and the late Norman (Gloria) Burklow; cherished papa of Steven, Justin, Kylie, Brianna, Joshua, Trevor and Nathan; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Mass at St. Damian Catholic Church, 5300 W. 155th St. Oak Forest IL 60452 on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 10:30 AM. ALL IN ATTENDANCE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCE. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN FUNERAL HOME. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
