82, of Beecher formerly of Dolton, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 at Franciscan St. Margaret Hospital, Dyer, IN. Born in Tullahoma, TN to the late Carlos and Annie Mae (nee Crick) Ford. Beloved wife of the late Archie Bannerman; Loving mother of Karen (Galen) Schumacher, Roger (Donna) Bannerman and Don (Wendy) Bannerman; Cherished grandma of R.J. and Heather Bannerman, Lindsey Bannerman, Nicole (Dustin) Welch Jake Schumacher and Ondrea (Kurt) Bey; Loving great-grandma of Hannah and William Welch; Dear sister of James (Sue) Hyde, and the late Peggy (the late Mark) Jenkins; Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; also survived by her great friends Jessie Carreon and Bratten and Frances Ferrell. Etta was a CNA at Ingalls Hospital for 30 years, retiring in 1994. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to Crete United Methodist Church or Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
