89, of Homer Glen, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Esther was born in Chicago to the late Edward and Sarah (Aicken) Mills and had lived in Homer Twp. the past 47 years. Beloved wife of the late Henry L. Arnold Jr: loving mother of the late Henry Arnold III, Karen (Benjie) Zalay, William (Rosemary) Arnold, David (Cathy) Arnold, and Estherlee (Mark) Cruz; cherished grandmother of Stacey Arnold, Craig Arnold, Brian Zalay, Colin Cruz, and Ireland Cruz; great grandmother of Katie, Brandon, and Collin Arnold; dear sister of Aggie (Michael) Manion, the late Sarah (late Paul) Lorimer, the late Elizabeth (late Joseph) Mulligan, the late Andrew (Nancy) Mills, the late Edmund Mills, and the late Martha Mills; loved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 3pm – 8pm. Funeral Service Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel.
