Dr. John Galik

Dr. John Galik, age 84 of St. Augustine, Florida formerly of Frankfort, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Loving husband of Lori Vallelunga; beloved father of John Galik and Grace ( Jerry Henkel) Galik; dearest son of the late Paul and Anna Galik; fond brother of Anna (Donald) Lissak and the late Paul Galik. Dr. Galik was the Chief of Behavior Health at Franciscan St. James Medical Center in Olympia Fields, Illinois, he worked for Chicago Public Schools and Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois, a graduate of Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, a member of the Illinois and American Psychological Association, a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Richton Park, Illinois and he was a former member of Prestwick Country Club in Frankfort, Illinois for 30 years. A graveside service will be held in Florida the day and time are pending.
