Dennis Thomas

Age 67, of Frankfort, passed away on Saturday December 21, 2019.

Dennis was loved by his family, wife Joan Thomas; children Jennifer (Ben) Clark, Mark (Katie) Thomas, Christopher (Megan) Thomas and Sarah Thomas; grandchildren Madeline, Emily, Jackson, Ryan, Connor and Luke. He will be missed by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Bernice Thomas; sisters Barbara Majewski and Sandra Dattoli.

A celebration of life will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, December 27, 2019, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s twelve years ago, and he decided to fight this disease in every way he could, including donating his brain to Rush University Medical Center for Parkinson’s research and his body to science.
