Dayle A. Nelson (nee Sly)
71, late of New Lenox, passed away Monday, November 28, 2011 at Silver Cross Hospital, Joliet. Survived by her loving family; her husband Jon; a son Donald (Amy) Ciesielski; a sister, Georgia (Leonard) Schmitt; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Elwin and Loretta (nee Held) Sly and a sister Carol (the late Joseph) Verborn. Dayle taught Chemistry at Joliet Junior College and Bio-Chemistry at Rush Presbytarian St. Luke's Hospital. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451, on Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 9:00AM until time of funeral service at 11:00AM. Interment Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park.
