Age 48, of Lisle, passed away Monday, May 27th, 2019 in New Lenox.

Dawn is survived by her loving family, parents, Diane (Larry) Paveza, James (Barbara) Simmons, brother, Jeffrey (Marilyn) Simmons, niece Jennifer (Matthew) Emberson and many friends.

Dawn had a love for the arts and especially enjoyed photography and music.

Family will receive friends Friday, May 31st, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451. Funeral service, Saturday, June 1st, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery, New Lenox IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
