77 formerly of the Lemont/Lockport area, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 in Momence, IL. David was born in Joliet to the late William and Evalon (nee Spencer) Kowalski. Loving father of David (April) Kowalski and Todd (Cathy) Kowalski; cherished grandfather of Jacob, Seth, and Kassandra; great grandfather of Heather; dear brother of Lloyd (Geraldine) Kowalski, Geraldine (Eugene) Malak and Martha (Norman) Weck; step-brother of Charles "Skip" Spencer and Kerry Spencer. David was a U.S. Navy Veteran and employed by Corn Products for over 20 years. The family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, April 18, 2016 from 10:00AM until time of Memorial Service at 12:30 PM. Interment will be private.
