David Lee Perkins
43, of Joliet, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 9, 2021. David was born in Chicago to James Perkins and Millie (nee Hernandez) Perkins. Beloved husband of Sara (nee Pacyga) Arias; loving and devoted father of Alicia Arias, the late Serenity “Riggy” Perkins, David Perkins Jr, Alexandria Perkins, Daniel Perkins, Dominick Perkins, and Zachary Jacquest; dear son of Millie (nee Hernandez) Perkins and loved brother of Jim Perkins, the late Joey Perkins, Vicki Perkins and Angela Hernandez; cherished son-in-law of Judy (Larry) Wesensten; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive. David was employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 2:00pm until time of Memorial Service at 4:00pm. Social distancing and masks are MANDATORY for ALL in attendance. No food allowed in the funeral home.
