Age 58, of Frankfort formerly of Crete; passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020. Loving husband of Mary Moutvic (O’Donnell); beloved father of Matthew Moutvic and Claire Moutvic; dearest son of Mary (Friar) and Richard Moutvic MD.; dearest brother of Richard (Kimberly) Moutvic, Margaret (Stephen) Wasz MD., Maureen (Stephen) Sheetz, and Peter (Lisa) Moutvic; cherished uncle of Katie and Nathan Moutvic, Allison, Brian and Christopher Wasz, Molly Jones, Michael Sheetz, Sean Sheetz, Ryan and Lauren Moutvic; fond cousin of Katherine Krebs. Daniel was an inspector for Ford Motor Company and a member of the Knights of Columbus. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service on Friday, September 11, 2020 prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:15 AM leaving for St. Mary Catholic Church, Mokena for a 10:00 Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private. TO ATTEND ALL SERVICES A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Lupus Foundation or Palos Community Hospice would be appreciated.
