Daniel Bruno Ligas

Daniel Ligas, 27 year old, of Tinley Park, IL, formerly of Frankfort, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday morning, December 3rd, 2017. Beloved son of Anna Harris and Tom Harris (step-father) and Krzysztof Ligas and Marzena Ligas (step-mother), loving brother to Samantha Ligas, Jamie Harris, Victoria Ligas, Krystian Paszek (step-brother), loving grandson to Antonina Catania, Tadeusz Cebula, Wanda Ligas, Bronislaw Ligas. He was a nephew to Ewa Cebula, Tom Catania and Ewa Bogiel, who was also his godmother. He was the greatest uncle to Trey, Stella and Benny. He was a great boyfriend to Nancy, whom he adored. He was a "brother" to all his friends. He loved life, music and traveling the world; his humble, uplifting charisma brought joy to everyone he met. He was always there whenever you needed his lending hand or advice. He would never want to disappoint anyone and would go out of his way to be there for you. His gentle, thorough, strategic and loving nature was one of a kind. He is loved by his family and friends, and will forever be missed.
The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL, on Friday, December 8, 2017 3pm-9pm.
Funeral mass at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 10 am. Interment Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
