Age 84, of Frankfort passed away Monday, September 14th, 2020 at her home in Frankfort.

Carol is survived by her loving family, husband, George Rusnak, children, Lynn Lazo, Brian (Christi) Mentus, Lori (David) Grybas, sister, Mary Ann (late Charles) Horne, grandchildren, William, Daniel, Natasha, Victoria, Matthew, Emily and Abigail. Carol was a fond aunt to numerous nieces, nephews and a devoted friend to many.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph & Ann Greskovicz (Popernik) and first husband William Mentus.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 19515 115th Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448 on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
