Carol L. Armstrong

Carol L. Armstrong, age 69, of Matteson formerly of Hoopeston, passed away, on Saturday, July 15, 2017. She is survived by her loving family; significant other Garry Manes; children Richard "Phillip" Massenburg and Angel (Lee) Clifton. She was preceded in death by her husband Sam Armstrong; parents Richard and Maxine (Jessup) Spriggs, Sr. and a brother Rick Spriggs. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow to Floral Hill Cemetery, Hoopeston.
