Bivian Belcher (nee Adkins), 93 of Frankfort formerly of Chicago and Huntington West Virgina, passed away on December 3, 2015. Loving wife of the late Louis Belcher; beloved mother of Janie (Scott) Cross, Robert Belcher and late David (Diane) Adkins; dearest sister of Wilma Barck, late Cornet Adkins, late Theodore Adkins, late Paul Adkins, late Norma Crumbaker and late Mearby Sunday; cherished grandmother of David (Jamie) Adkins and proud great grandmother of Parker Adkins. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 11:00AM until time of service at 2:00PM in the funeral home chapel.
