Betty May Killion

Betty May Killion (nee Will)
87, late of New Lenox, passed away November 6, 2013. She was born May 15, 1926 in Carson, IA to the late Wallace and Mary (nee Braden) Will. She resided in New Lenox since moving to Illinois in September 1968. Betty graduated from Carson High School in 1945. She married Neil Killion August 8, 1945. Neil went into the Army until 1947. They had two children, Susan and Wallace. Neil passed away November 15, 1994. He had transferred from Northern Natural to Hydro-Carbon transportation in Lemont, IL. Betty is survived by her children Susan (Alan) Steen of Elk Horn, IA, and Wally Killion of New Lenox, IL; her grandchildren Nikki (John) Bricker Iowa, Mindi (Clifford) Fincham of North Carolina and Nathan (Ellie) Steen of Chile; five great- grandchildren; her sisters Alice Falk, Martha Rocky and Neoma Paul all of CA; several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; a step-sister JoAnne Connell, her sisters Helena Belcher and Thelma Markos; her brothers Arthur Will, Mervin Will and Walter Will. Per Betty's wishes there will be no services, she will be cremated.
