Bernadette “Bernie” Kaminski (nee Radziwon)
73, of Mokena, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, February 14, 2019. Bernie was born in Chicago to the late Joseph and Sophie (nee Lacki) Radziwon. Beloved wife of Wayne Kaminski; loving mother of Cheri (Scott) Wos and the late Scott Kaminski; cherished grandmother of Thomas and Taylor Wos; dear sister of Lawrence Radziwon, Joanie McGowan, and the late Patricia Niemiec; loved aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Bernie’s name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox on Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 2pm – 8pm. Funeral Service Monday, February 18, 2019 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15am to St. Mary Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment will be private.
