Age 85, a resident of Frankfort formerly of Western Springs, passed away on August 8, 2020 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. Loving husband of Roberta (Filippi) Dreifke and his late first wife Cecilia (Toman) Dreifke (2004); beloved father of David Dreifke and Gayle Dreifke Dale; dearest step father of Michelle (Benjamin) Wilson Draus and Scott Wilson; cherished grandfather of Jessica (Mark) Undesser, Casey Lynn (John Colborne) Hancock, Scott Hancock and Shane (Sarah Fallin) Tate; dear step grandchildren Jacob Draus, Andrew Draus, Jack Wilson, Daniela Hernandez and Milie (Clay) Wilson Stephens; proud great grandfather of Anabelle and Weston Undesser. Alfred retired as a Vice President of Sales for Packing Materials and was currently working for Preferred Packaging Inc. in North Aurora, a member of the Western Springs Theatre, a former member of the Western Spring United Church of Christ and its Choir, and he volunteered at Shiners Hospital. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral services on Tuesday August 11, 2020 prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:15 AM leaving for St. Mary Catholic Church19515 115th Ave, Mokena IL 60448. Entombment will follow to Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park IL. DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC; WEARING A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND.
