It is with broken hearts we share, Thomas Mysliwiec, age 61, of New Lenox, Illinois, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Illinois. Thomas was born May 9, 1965, in Joliet, Illinois, to Virginia L. (nee Riley) and the late Frederick S. Mysliwiec.

Beloved husband of Lorraine "Lori" (nee Stokes) Mysliwiec, loving father of Gary Evans (Jennifer) Galle, Ryan Kurt (Marija) Galle, Eric Lawrence (Samantha) Galle, Ashley Mae Mysliwiec, and Angela Ann (Thomas) Vet, cherished Papa of the little loves of his life, Nicholas (Dira) Wealthy, Selena (Anthony) Blair, Jacob Vejvoda, Jesse Vejvoda, Jordyn Galle, Gabriel Galle, Adalyn Galle, Peyton Galle, Callen Galle, Rylee Vet, Sophie Vet, Vivian Vet, and Meadow Vet, great-grandpapa to Vyla Blair. Dear brother of Laura Bowden, Michael Mysliwiec, and Mary Jo (Edward) Kroeger. Beloved uncle, cousin, and friend to many. 

Thomas was an IT analyst for business services at Andrew Amphenol Corporation for 42 years. He enjoyed fishing, Chicago Bears games ("Da Bears!"), and spending time with family and friends. Above all he loved the Lord and his savior Jesus Christ. Tom will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
