Philip Caiazzo 71, of Manhattan, IL was born in Chicago to the late Ralph and Florence (nee Deluco) Caiazzo and passed away July 4, 2026. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Karac) Caiazzo; loving father of Jason (Michelle) Caiazzo and Lauren (Brian) Rapacki; proud "Grampie" of five, Toni Caiazzo, Ava Caiazzo, Gianna Caiazzo, Gia Rapacki, and Vinny Rapacki; dear brother of Carole Melnick and Joann Caruso; brother in law of Tom (Barb) Karac; loved uncle, cousin and friend of many. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E Francis Rd New Lenox, IL on Tuesday July 7, 2026 from 11:00am until time of service at 2:00pm. Interment Private. In honor of his generous spirit and deep love for his family, the family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Cal's Angels, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding research to help children fighting cancer.
