Mark E. Lewis 70, of New Lenox was born in Joliet, IL to the late Marvin and Lucille (nee Moore) Lewis and passed away May 31, 2026. Beloved husband of 30 years to the love of his life, his "Babe" Judith (nee Zurek) Lewis. Loving father of Michael (Jodi) Mural, Derek (Michelle) Lewis, Christopher (Melissa) Mural, and the late Amber Lewis; proud papa of Evan Mural, Quentin Mural, Emma Mural, Lucas Mural, Samantha Mural, Evalyn Lewis, and Jack Lewis; dear brother of the late Sandra Lewis; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Mark was a retired press operator, having worked for Borg Warner. A diehard Chicago Cubs fan as well as a Green Bay Packers fan. GO PACK GO!!!! A celebration of life gathering will be on Thursday June 25, 2026 from 3-7pm with chapel service at 6:30pm, at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd New Lenox, IL 60451. In lieu of flower donations, the family ask that you consider planting cone flowers in your yard, as they were Mark's favorite.
