Gillian Ann Mandekich (nee Gardner)

Age 57 of New Lenox, IL passed away at home on Monday, July 27, 2026. Gillian was born in Chicago to the late Thomas and Nora (nee Harling) Gardner.

Beloved wife of Joseph M. Mandekich; loving mother of Sean (Charlotte) Mandekich and Sarah (Bruno) Sala; proud grandmother of Nora Sala and Jane Sala; dear sister of Lisa Gardner, John (Jackie) Gardner, Janet (Jeff) Tesch, and Don (Lisa) Stahlak; loved aunt, cousin, and friend.

Gillian was a graduate of Mount Assisi High School, Lemont, IL. She was Operations Manager at Georgios Banquets, Orland Park, IL for many years. Gillian will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
