Dianne R. Thormeyer

Dianne R. Thormeyer (nee Benson) 70, of Frankfort, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 27, 2018. Dianne was born in Chicago to the late Roger Sr. and Dorothy (nee Knox). Beloved wife of the late Larry Thormeyer; loving mother of Matthew (Amy), and Jason (Theresa); cherished grandmother of Luke, Kevin, Claire, Laurelei, Sophia, and Gunnar; dear sister of Roger (Linda) Benson, and the late James (Rose) Benson; fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Dianne was a self employed Beautician working out of her home for over 20 years. Donations can be made to Ovarian Cancer. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday August 31, 2018 from 3 – 8pm. Funeral Service Saturday, September 1, 2018 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30am to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City.
